All payment & any music or photographs (if applicable) must be with us no later than the day of the Wedding: until all relevant payment and media are supplied we will not begin your edit and it will go into a queue system from the date all is received and as of that date it is received will be subject to the normal waiting period from that date . All supplied music should be clearly labelled with your name & date of wedding and each track labelled.
If credits are to be added to your wedding video or DVD they should be provided in advance in electronic form on disk or by email: if there are subsequent spelling mistakes this will be deemed your mistake and a small charge we be levied to correct them: this must be done within 48 hrs of receiving the video or DVD.
Once a DVD is mastered to DVD for back-up it cannot easily be re-edited and charges for any such editing will be levied depending on the complexity of the work involved. We will not and cannot be held responsible for any circumstances outside of our control (in the event of the wedding being cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the wedding date, the full balance will be charged regardless and in any case all deposits are non returnable), or for any unexpected equipment or media failure or any copyright infringement whatsoever in relation to your Wedding or wedding video or DVD. Payment if not paid in advance should be at latest on the day and should be by cheque to 3rd eye Broadcast ltd and be made before the service: if we have to wait for payment after the first dance a fee of £30 will be levied. Edits will normally be ready within 28 working days (Mon to Fri) after the wedding date but we reserve the right to take up-to 48 working days or longer as required for complex editing or for peak season dates (May-Oct).
In order that our crew do not have to leave the venue to obtain a meal and risk missing any filming we request that you either provide the crew with a main meal or at least organize sandwiches and a drink for them at the reception venue: we will not be held in any way responsible if we miss filming anything because the crew had to try and find alternative catering elsewhere. Any changes to an edit once it has been received by you must be requested within 48 hrs of you receiving the video: after this an editing fee will be levied between £25 and £75 plus depending on the complexity of the editing. We retain all copyright of all material filmed by us and may use extracts from this for any purposes.
We shall be the sole professional Videographer(s) at the venues specified. No objection is raised to family or friends filming at the event, providing top priority is given to the professionals to ensure nothing hinders us in our work.
Please note additional travel charges may be an addition to the standard price if your wedding involves more than 50 miles travel in total from our central base, we calculate any travel from our base at B18 between all locations and back. This is normally agreed in advance. You are requested to ensure there is parking available for the crew car to ensure we can film all shots at all venues and not miss anything nor run up large parking charges, which will be passed on if applicable to you the client. No insurance or any other claim may be made in relation to this booking or to any other events or service provision happening on the day or prior or post the wedding day on us in any way shape or form as an agreed term of this agreement.
Any particular event required filming should be put on the 'ideas form' if it isn't we cannot be held responsible in any way if it is not for any reason subsequently recorded. We retain the right to not to record every request on this form as is at our discretion or within reason where it is possible to do so. We reserve the right with Option 2 to provide 2 cameras and one cameraman rather than 2 cameramen, where this may be necessary. You’ll find these are standard disclaimers.
